Tired but stubborn! We weren’t sure if another hike was a good idea after we packed our suitcases and our winter holidays were about to end. A whole week of skiing for long hours every day got our legs tired – and us a bit lazy. But the sunny weather outside was just too good not to take advantage of, so we decided to hike La cima Vezzena nearby. I’m telling you, stubborn ideas are the best. The path through the woods was super nice, the weather was beautiful and the 1,908 m high peak guarantees an amazing panoramic view on the valley of Levico Terme.
This impressive Austrian-Hungarian fort wasn’t named “The Eye of the plateau” for no reason!
