Update and some sunny photos. Finally!

Well, it’s been a while since the last snow and the last post on this blog! Our BWT blog truly is a free-time blog, as lately I had very little free time for writing something new. But a lot of new things are happening anyway. We can smell the spring coming, it’s just around the corner and we are very excited about warm days ahead. Snow is all gone by now, except for the mountain tops, which we haven’t visited in such a while – I miss it! March was also busy with writing diploma and celebrating my B-day … and now it’s April already.

Time flys. So let’s make the most out of it!

Being busy with work and all sorts of projects (plus having fairly miserable weather throughout February and March), we haven’t been taking days off much. To be completely honest, I’m also not proud of how little running time outdoors our vizsla had over this winter. Safe to say, there’s plenty of energy in stock for Spring! But with the clock-change and longer days, we are looking forward to spending more time outside.

Which is exactly what we did last Monday, when we took a quick hike to Socerb. The weather was great! It was a bit windy at the top (can you tell by the struggle with my hair on the photos), but it was also warm and sunny and perfect for hiking from Osp to Socerb castle. The view over Trieste is lovely – it also reminded me to visit the city soon and treat myself to a proper cup of espresso. However this time, we decided to stop in Koper for a well deserved first scoop of ice cream this year!

Civil engineer with a lot of interests like traveling, food, taking care for my plants, running and hiking! Currently living in Ljubljana, Slovenia. Always up for a coffee date, usually stolling around citycenter, most happy when there's time for a walk in the woods after work hours. In love with my two boys - one of them walking on four legs and wiggling with a tawny tail.

  1. Zelo lep razgled in tudi gostilna v gradu je odlična za poizkusiti, mogoče za naslednjič. 🙂
