Hiking in Scottish Highlands.

My mind often slips back to our Scotland road trip. What a great experience that was. We loved all of the castles and their stories, whiskey tastings, driving the Nort Coast 500 Route but mostly, hiking in the Highlands. With the stubborn Scottish weather, we soon experienced it all, from returning to the car soaking wet to days of only clear blue skies. Luckily, the weather was good on the day we hiked around Quiraing. That landslip in the North of the Isle of Sky was, hands down, most spectacular landscape I have jet seen.

An explosion of green.

Civil engineer with a lot of interests like traveling, food, taking care for my plants, running and hiking! Currently living in Ljubljana, Slovenia. Always up for a coffee date, usually stolling around citycenter, most happy when there's time for a walk in the woods after work hours. In love with my two boys - one of them walking on four legs and wiggling with a tawny tail.

  1. Hi. Looks and sounds great.

I would love to hear some ideas on how to entertain our dogs in this difficult time … since we can’t hike.

    🙂
