Landcapes of
Kriški Podi.

Our mountain peaks might already be all white, but I’m still daydreaming of the warm autumnal weather we had in September. We spent one of the weekends in Bovec, hiking to Krnsko jezero on a Saturday and to Kriška jezera on a Sunday. The whole weekend was a blast, but above all I loved the path to Pogačnikov Dom na Kriških podih. It’s such a fun and easy walk, with amazing views to enjoy on your way up. And up you go! Starting from the Trenta Valley, the ascent amounts to 1,400 vertical meters when reaching the Hut. But they fly away, it’s that nice.

Triglav National Park in its full glory.

Civil engineer with a lot of interests like traveling, food, taking care for my plants, running and hiking! Currently living in Ljubljana, Slovenia. Always up for a coffee date, usually stolling around citycenter, most happy when there's time for a walk in the woods after work hours. In love with my two boys - one of them walking on four legs and wiggling with a tawny tail.
